“Another outstanding effort from this estate is the NV Brut Reserve. Lightly hued with a crisp bouquet of crushed citrus, golden apples, and toasted brioche, it has medium-bodied richness, crisp acids, a great mousse, and shows a clean, precise vibe on the finish. It brings serious acidity yet still stays nicely balanced. It’s going to evolve for a solid decade.” 90 Points Jeb Dunnuck

The flagship wine of Palmer & Company. Palmer Brut Reserve is based on a selection of wines from the best vineyards in the Champagne region. The Premiers and Grands Crus from the Montagne de Reims area predominate and lend their distinctive personality to these wines. The nose, amazingly clean, is expressed through a rich palette of aromas, including citrus, pear and apricot with some subtle notes of hazelnut and a discreet touch of buttery brioche. Succulent and substantial to the palate, yet with an unfettered freshness, this wine is eminently seductive: a model of perfect balance.

The Palmer Champagne house in Reims is one of the newest houses in Champagne—only 75 years old—young enough to still innovate but old enough to have respected heritage. It was founded by seven passionate grower-families, obsessed with producing top-quality and legendary champagne, with the clear vision to create a Grande Marque.

Palmer has holdings of over 500 acres of vineyards in the Montagne de Reims sub-region of Champagne, all of which are Premier or Grand Cru vineyards. With its labyrinthine chalk cellars, deep beneath the streets of Reims, and its wines that spend an extended amount of time on their lees, it’s little wonder why Champagne Palmer cuvées have such orchestral flavors—flavors which are always harmonious and balanced. One of the most unique cuvées in Palmer’s range is the Rosé Solera. Like in Jerez, a solera or “perpetual reserve,” is refreshed every year with an addition of wines from the latest harvest. Each vintage adds a layer of complexity to the final blend, telling a myriad of stories in one bottle.

Champagne Palmer is heavily committed to sustainable winegrowing, focusing on soil and vine nutrition, soil maintenance, treatment of the vines and sustainable protection of the vineyards. La Revue du vin de France, the lauded French wine magazine, bestowed Champagne Palmer the Vinegrowers Group of the Year award at the 13th edition of the RVF Grand Prix. This distinction rewards the commitment of Palmer’s dedicated winegrowers and the excellence of the Palmer & Co wines.
