At the heart of the blend lies a unique Solera of Pinot Noir, a perpetual reserve of several decades reflecting the House's celebrated expertise. The intense nose is dominated by the energizing aroma of wild strawberries with tantalizing light notes of red and black currants in the background, overlaying very delicate notes of vanilla and cinnamon spice. Fresh and full-bodied on the palate, it is drawn out in finely tannic, succulent bubbles in the same register of fruity elegance.

The Palmer Champagne house in Reims is one of the newest houses in Champagne—only 75 years old—young enough to still innovate but old enough to have respected heritage.
