Georges Duboeuf’s Beaujolais Nouveau offers a unique wine experience steeped in tradition and innovation. Since 1982, this vin de primeur has captivated the U.S. market and beyond, transforming it into a global phenomenon.
Crafted from Gamay grapes in the distinctive Beaujolais region of France, the wine is produced using carbonic maceration. In this technique, whole grape clusters ferment in a carbon dioxide-rich environment, producing a red wine that is not just fresh and fruity, but also approachable and easy to enjoy.
