These red wines were created as a tribute to Don Enzo Bianchi, winemaker and mentor of Bodegas Bianchi for over 50 years. Don Enzo, was in constant search for wine innovation and quality.

Enzo Bianchi: This Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec and Merlot red blend comes from Asti Estate, located in Las Paredes, San Rafael. An emblematic vineyard for the production of concentrated grapes, with great typicity and deep colors. Enzo Bianchi is a red blend with great complexity, very good structure, silky tannins, excellent balance, and great aging potential.

IV Generación: These red wines represent the vision of the young members of the family and shows their identity as a new generation in the winery. 

• The Gran Malbec is a "Single Vineyard & Single Block" wine—its grapes come from a specific block in our Los Chacayes estate. Its intense red color, the perception of freshness and liveliness on the nose together with the hints of red fruit, blackberries, light spicy hints, and the balance provided by its aging in French oak barrels, combine in a unique way in this Malbec with a long finish and great aging potential.
• The Gran Corte red blend derives from “Single Vineyard & Selected Blocks" the wine comes from Los Chacayes vineyard from specific lots. The best components of each harvest are selected. A red blend of excellent complexity, body and great structure, with a modern profile and high aging potential.

Particular: The Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Malbec wines, were born from the personal cellar of Don Enzo Bianchi, who made special wines and shared them with friends and family. His motivation to launch these red wines in the market is the result of his family and friends insistence to enjoy these wines year after year.
