Pays d’Oc wines showcase premium varietals from Southern France, each reflecting the region’s unique terroir. Inspired by the wildflowers near the vineyards, each bottle features a distinctive bloom:

Pays d'Oc
Grown between the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains, IGP Pays d’Oc varietal wines cover an extensive, sun-kissed region, from the Camargue to the Vermilion Coast, in the heart of France’s largest wine region, also renowned for its appellation wines.
Home to Varietal Wines
Most wine regions in France have strict rules about what grapes can be used and how wines are made. These rules ensure that wines are true to their region and traditions. However, the Pays d'Oc is more flexible, allowing winemakers to produce wines from 58 different varietals. This freedom lets them showcase the wide range of grapes that thrive in the region’s diverse climate and terroirs.

Scabiosa
Prized for its unique round clusters of small, frilly blooms that attract pollinators with their striking colors and intricate structure.

Cornflower
Known for its charming, frilled blossoms and its historical significance as a symbol of love and hope.
Featured on the Merlot Label
Red Poppy
