Champagne Palmer Rosé Solera
Sparkling Wine from Reims, Champagne, France
“This wine gains its color from a solera of pinot noir, representing eight percent of the blend; reserve wines account for another third. The pale pink color implies the wine’s delicacy, but not its layers of complexity. It layers notes of ginger, strawberries and roses over red currants, lasting on a savory, lacy intensity. Ready to enjoy.” 93 Points Wine & Spirits
A rosé combining exceptional fruitiness and delicate notes of spice. At the heart of the blend lies a unique Solera of Pinot Noir, a perpetual reserve of several decades reflecting the House’s celebrated expertise. The intense nose is dominated by the energizing aroma of wild strawberries with tantalizing light notes of red and black currants in the background, overlaying very delicate notes of vanilla and cinnamon spice. Fresh and full-bodied on the palate, it is drawn out in finely tannic, succulent bubbles in the same register of fruity elegance.
