The grapes are selected from small vineyards around the winery in Salnés Valley—in the heart of Rias Baixas, along Spain’s northwest coast. Pazo Cilleiro has an intense nose, with pronounced notes of citrus and white fruit (pears, apples and white peaches), as well as hints of floral. This is a smooth and easy-going wine—the palate is vibrant and fresh with a round, persistent and pleasantly refreshing finish. Pairs well with fish tacos, sushi, ceviche and other seafood-based cuisines.

Pazo Cilleiro selects grapes from small vineyards surrounding the Salnés Valley winery, in the heart of the Rías Baixas appellation. Farmed in the traditional pergola system, the vines are 20-25 years old. All processes, from vineyard to winery, are focused to extract the maximum quality of this highly concentrated grape.
