The L’ami des Crustacés Pinot Blanc shows a light yellow color with a delicate aromatic profile of pear, green apple, citrus, and white florals. The palate is marked by freshness, lively acidity, and a clean, fruit-forward finish. Overall, this wine is light, approachable, and expressive of its Alsatian terroir.
